Iii. Working principle of structure:
The machine is composed of frame, agitator, drive system, limit device and electric control system.

V. operating procedures:
1. Check whether there is any scratch between the rotating part and the feeding tube before starting, and adjust in time if there is any scratch.
2. Clean up the debris in the feeding tube.
3. The cylinder shall be limited before starting.
4. The rotation direction of the mixing shaft shall be shown as the mark on the end face of the cylinder body.
5. The loaded concrete materials must be cleaned of metal or other sundries.
6. Adjust the time of the agitator according to the stirring time, and pay attention to the adjustment in case of power failure.
7. Press the start button, and the spindle will drive the stirring shovel.
8. Stop automatically after reaching the set time.
9. When unloading, stop the machine first, open the lock pin, move the handle to rotate the cylinder to a certain position, and then make the lock pin locate the rotating spindle, so that the mixture can be discharged out of the cylinder.
10. After the mixture is cleaned, manually reset the cylinder body and position the mixing cylinder with the locking pin.
11. The cleaning material cylinder can pour water into the material cylinder to make the spindle rotate for washing. It can also be cleaned with dry sand.
Vi. Maintenance and maintenance:
1. Regularly lubricate the bearing parts according to the usage, and refer to the product manual for lubrication of the reducer.
2. Check the sealing condition of the machine regularly, and check the quality of the sealing gasket in time if there is any leakage.
3. Regularly check the fastening of the shovel, and tighten it in time if there is any loosening.
4. Regularly check whether the electrical control system is in good contact and dry condition.
